Shop Policy

Please contact us at hello@bandagebrigade.com for returns or damaged goods. We will provide you with more information and answer any questions you may have.
*Note that our policy only applies to apparel items.


Returns

Items may be eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving the order. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s). Please provide us with tracking information as proof of your return.

Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation. It may take your bank a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, you will have to return your item(s) and place a new order for the correct one.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you received an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order and we will replace it at no cost to you.

 

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days Monday through Friday. If the order was place between Friday-Sunday, it will be sent out the following weekday. 

Please note that inventory as well as convention schedules may factor into shipping time. 

Missing Order

Bandage Brigade is not liable for any missing or lost packages. Please check to see if the United States Postal Service (USPS) or other third party services ship to your country before ordering. If you believe that your order has been lost in transit or stolen, please contact your local postal service before contacting us.
