Preorders are only available worldwide except China (mainland)

Sitewide coupon codes will not be available for use for collaborative products.

Free shipping is available for any domestic US orders over $95.

How do preorders work?

The open preorder period will help us gauge how much to order before production starts and ensures that you'll receive the items you want without them going out of stock. After the open period ends, we will tally up what was ordered and begin production with our manufacturers. This also helps fund production! 

We'll be ordering extra on top of what was placed during the open period so you'll be able to order even after the preorders have ended however, stock will be limited. 

How does preorder shipping work?

Once production finishes and has been delivered to our warehouse, we can begin processing and shipping your items out all at once. 

If your order contains a mix of our Bandage Brigade merch and preordered items, we will ship them all together. If you'd like to receive the Bandage Brigade merch at a sooner time, please order them separately or send us an email via hello@bandagebrigade.com and we can assist you.

How can I receive updates regarding my preorder?

We will keep this page up-to-date regarding any announcements and preorder changes. Please refrain from emailing or messaging us about order updates unless you'd like to change or cancel your preorder.
