Order Fulfillment
Delivery dates shown are automated estimates based on our current fulfillment times and schedule. Please expect a 1-2 business day variance before and after estimated delivery dates.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders.
Additionally, once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be scanned in and updated by the shipping service.
If you did not receive an order confirmation, please email us and we'll be able to resend it to you!
Shipping Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees if your package was returned to us due to incorrect information. If you forgot to put more information such as an apartment number or would like to change your shipping address, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible! Shipping information cannot be altered once your order has been shipped out.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note, customers will be charged for the shipping labels for returns and for exchanges.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@bandagebrigade.com with your order number and item (with pictures for any defects/damages).

Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been marked delivered and therefore cannot replace or refund these orders. If your package is delayed for more than 3 weeks or has been marked as lost on the tracking website, please submit a claim with the appropriate shipping service and contact us with proof of claim or claim number for assistance in having a replacement shipped to you. Sometimes packages can be misdelivered to a neighbor or mismarked as delivered by the postal worker without them dropping it off. Please contact your local postal office in case they are holding your package for pick up.
International Shipping
DHL Express Worldwide and DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct shipping services with tracking is used to ship and deliver packages for international orders.
All international orders are now shipped DDP (duties delivered paid). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and you won't have to pay them upon delivery. You may use your own local currency and a local payment method to pay for your order.
We currently cannot ship to these countries:
