Order Fulfillment

Since we are a small team, please allow 3-5 business days for us to get to your order. 
Wait time may vary depending on the volume of orders, if we're vending at an event, or if there's an increase amount of orders due to a new drop or sale. 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be scanned in and updated by the shipping service.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please email us and we'll be able to resend it to you!

Shipping Address Errors

Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checkout. You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees if your package was returned to us due to incorrect information. 

If you forgot to put more information such as an apartment number or would like to change your shipping address, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible!

Shipping information cannot be altered once your order has been shipped out.

Missing or Lost Packages

In the unfortunate case that your items have been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will try to help file a claim. 

If your item has been marked as delivered but you can't find it, it may have been mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or in some cases, a family member may have taken it in without notifying you.

Please double-check the shipping address used along with any information the your tracking can provide before reaching out. 

International Shipping

DHL Express Worldwide and DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct shipping services with tracking is used to ship and deliver packages for international orders.

All international orders are now shipped DDP (duties delivered paid). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and you won't have to pay them upon delivery. You may use your own local currency and a local payment method to pay for your order.

We currently cannot ship to these countries:
